Sold a Single Family home in 2022 in Hollister, CA.

      

Cherie has helped us and my family for years in selling and buying properties. We recently were able to buy our forever home. During this process, we were tested by not so ethical and/or inexperienced agents and owners that challenged the process every step of the way. It was a very trying. Buy Cherie knew her stuff and protected us throughout the whole process while still allowing us to sell over asking buy under asking with our new house. And best of all we completed everything within 45 days! I am not sure we could have done it without her help or felt comfortable that all the paperwork was legal and completed correctly

I've never worked with a realtor who has been as helpful and kind as Cherie Colon. I am out of state and needed someone who could work with myself and my grandson to sell my daughter's home. It was an unexpected situation and I had no ability to manage the sale, let alone the fact that I had no knowledge of CA real estate. Cherie and Lew had the knowledge that I did not. They never waivered in their support, even with a number of unforeseen bumps in the road. We received offers above asking within 72 hours the week before Christmas and accepted an offer that we never could of dreamed of for this property.

Cherie and Lew saved me. After the passing of my mother, not only did I lose the only family I had in California, but suddenly I became responsible for a property that I had no idea what to do with. Cherie and Lew really looked after me like I was one of their own and helped me realize the property's full potential. I had no idea what I was doing, but with their help, we were able to confidently list the house for its highest possible value. Even still, we sold for well over asking. If I can give any advice to future potential clients, it’s to trust Lew and Cherie implicitly. When it comes to buying and selling homes, things may not go perfectly every step of the way. Rest assured, Lew and Cherie will do right by you if you have faith in their expertise and trust their recommendations. I would have never imagined that I could get such a great price for my home. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did.

My wife and I worked with Cherie and Lew Colon to buy our first home in the bay area. Given the crazy (sellers) market, Cherie and Lew’s guidance helped to stabilize what would have been a rollercoaster experience. They helped us to navigate the process and the market and make the right decisions for ourselves. At each of the house visits, they helped give us a deeper perspective on the pros and cons of each property. Lew's deep building/contracting knowledge helped us better analyze the construction details to catch problems that we would otherwise have missed. And when it came to submitting offers, Cherie's did a more than thorough job of putting together a well packaged offer that helped put our best foot forward. Furthermore, her reputation and network helped us get timely feedback and insight that helped make better and faster decisions. As first time home buyers, we thought we had done our research, but there were many aspects that caught us off guard. Having Cherie and Lew as our partners in the process helped us find a home that we loved and that met all of our requirements. Cherie and Lew were very helpful and patient with us when we were looking for our first home in the Bay. As many would know, finding a home in the Bay with such high competition and low supply is very challenging but Cherie and Lew guided us every step of the way. Lew first told us, "We will look at 5 or 50 houses and will help you no matter what to find the perfect one!" It was super reassuring and we appreciated it very much! Both Cherie and Lew always went the extra mile for us and made finding our home very personable even when they have other clients they attended to. On top of that Lew also pointed out things in some homes we looked at that could be potential watch outs or fixes, which we appreciated. They were professional, kind, and considerate. I highly recommend Cherie and Lew when finding your next home!
